Qualification
Certification of Nursing Assistant/General Duty Assistant, Certification in specialized training (e.g. Geriatric Care), 10th standard pass and should be able to read & write Gujarati, Hindi and preferably English
Duties & Responsibilities

The Duties and responsibilities of a caregiver are enumerated below:

  1. To provide the following practical care to patients in a variety of settings at home
    1. General home care
    2. Bath and Skin Care
    3. Feeding (oral )
    4. Mouth and hair care
    5. Making a bed (bedding)
    6. Toilet aid and emptying urine bags.
    7. Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
    8. Helping patients walk with gait belts, walkers, canes, and other equipment
    9. Assisting in motion-motion exercises
    10. Transfer patients arriving by wheelchair using secure patient-handle devices
    11. Regularly rotating bedridden patients, reporting all changes to the nurse
    12. Alertness with regard to patient
    13. Overview, Reporting, and Documentation
  2. Provides emotional support and companionship
  3. Helps with medication management and reminders
  4. Prepares meals and manages nutrition, maintains a safe and healthy environment
  5. May provide basic medical care (e.g. wound dressing)
  6. Perform regular work under the supervision of a client or nursing coordinator/supervisor.
Criteria
Must have a Two-wheeler & Driving License.

Minimum 2 years
