4. Monitoring and Reporting

Observing physical or emotional changes in the client and reporting concerns to family members or healthcare providers.

Maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities, progress, and changes in the client’s condition.

5. Support for Mobility and Exercise

Assisting clients with light exercises or mobility routines to promote independence and physical well-being.

6. Accompanying on Appointments

Escorting clients to medical appointments or social events, providing necessary support.

7. Handling Emergency Situations

Reacting promptly in emergencies and contacting healthcare providers or family members when required.
